Steps to Activate Luma Select in ShipBlink

Set Up Luma Select Rules
Visit EasyPost Luma Settings to configure your custom shipping rules. Ensure your EasyPost account is connected to ShipBlink. ShipBlink reads Luma rules based on Order's Shipping Method name. For eg; if "2 Day Shipping" is the Order shipping method name, make sure your Luma rule name is also "2 Day Shipping". -
Notify ShipBlink Support
Inform ShipBlink Support that Luma is activated in your EasyPost account. -
Enjoy Luma
Experience automated, AI-driven shipping decisions that align with your business needs.
Important Considerations
- Order Shipping Method Name: ShipBlink reads Luma Rules based on Order's Shipping Method. If you have Order ship methods are named "Ground", make sure your respective Luma rule is also named "Ground".

Batch Processing: Currently, ShipBlink does not support Luma in batch shipments.
- Multi-Parcel Shipments: Selecting multi-parcel shipments will default to "Get Rates" button, and turn off Luma for that specific shipment.

EasyPost Account: A separate EasyPost account is required to use Luma.

Additional Charges: Accessing Luma may incur extra charges by EasyPost, but ShipBlink's standard pricing applies.
