Connecting a WooCommerce account to ShipBlink synchronizes orders, facilitates label purchases, and sends tracking numbers back to WooCommerce. This guide outlines the necessary steps to establish this connection.
Steps to Connect a WooCommerce Store to ShipBlink
- For New Users (no ShipBlink Account) - Visit this page to connect a new store
- For Existing ShipBlink Accounts - Log in to ShipBlink & Open the Integrations link in the upper right corner.
- Select the WooCommerce tile, input the Store ID and Email, and click Authorize Store.
- In the WooCommerce permissions page, hit "Approve"
- For New Users - Check your email inbox for credentials.
- Return to ShipBlink and log in using the provided credentials.
Connecting Multiple WooCommerce Stores
Connect multiple WooCommerce accounts, or a combination of WooCommerce and other sales channels supported by ShipBlink. Upon connecting your initial store, the Integrations page will display the existing store connections along with the option to connect additional stores as required.
Post-Connection Process
Upon successful integration of your store, WooCommerce orders will be automatically imported into the ShipBlink Orders Stream page. This will enable you to access comprehensive WooCommerce order details, including Order Number, items within the order, quantity, cost of items, and shipping purchased by the customer. Reach out to Support if you need more historical orders to be synced from your WooCommerce store.
Tracking Information Delivery
When a shipping label is purchased in ShipBlink using a WooCommerce order, the tracking information and details of the items included in the shipment will be automatically transmitted back to WooCommerce within minutes. This action will prompt WooCommerce to send an email notification (may require an external plugin) to the customer. Additionally, if a custom branded tracking page has been configured, WooCommerce customers will be directed to this branded tracking page via the order transactional emails from WooCommerce.
