Connecting an Amazon Marketplace account to ShipBlink enables automatic syncing of Amazon orders, label purchases, and the return of tracking information to Amazon. This integration streamlines order fulfillment and ensures timely communication of shipment details.
Prerequisites
An active Professional Amazon Seller Account is required.
Note: Individual Seller Plans are not supported.
Connecting an Amazon Store
- Log in to ShipBlink.
- Open the Integrations link in the upper right corner.
- Click Connect Store.
- Select the Amazon tile.
- Click Authorize Store to complete the connection.
Connecting Multiple Stores
ShipBlink supports connecting multiple Amazon Marketplace accounts as well as a combination of Amazon and other supported sales channels. Once the first store is connected, the Integrations page will display existing store connections and provide the option to connect additional stores.
After Connecting a Store
After the Amazon Marketplace account is connected:
- Amazon orders are automatically imported to the Orders Stream page in ShipBlink.
- Order details such as order number, items, quantity, item cost, and shipping charges are displayed.
Tracking and Notifications
When a shipping label is purchased in ShipBlink for an Amazon Marketplace order:
- Tracking information and included items are automatically sent to Amazon.
- Amazon then triggers an email notification to the customer.
- If a custom-branded tracking page is configured in ShipBlink, the customer will see the branded page linked in the Amazon notification.
Feature Compatibility
